Salmon patties, quick, easy, and awesome!
420g Tin salmon- liquid discarded
1 spring onion sliced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 egg
1/2 cup almond meal
salt and pepperPut almond meal on a plate. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, make 6 patties then coat in almond meal. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes each side. Delicious!
