July Workout - Fit & Fabulous: Start Up
Officially starting Sunday July 3rd.
I’ve decided to use July to start Prevention’s Fit  & Fabulous 4-week challenge. I need to ease back into working out after only being able to go for walks the last couple of weeks. Since the challenge focuses on shorter workouts with small bursts of intensity I thought it would be easier to build back up using it. Plus it doesn’t take up  as much time as my typical routine and it  has an extra day off each  week.  I thought that I’d post it up here in case  anyone wants to join in or use it at their leisure. I’ll post week 1’s routine in a little while.
