&lt;p&gt;Sticking to a healthy diet can be hard if you don’t plan ahead, especially if you are eliminating something from your diet as commonplace as carbs. How easy is it to boil up some pasta or pop in a microwave burrito?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order for me to stay on track I came up with a menu for our house. I brainstormed all the low carb entrees I know how to make and added some more I found on pinterest and other sites and categorized it by cuisine. I print out a menu every sunday and have my husband select our meals for the week before I go to the store. That way I know I have everything on hand for a healthy week of meals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This menu can be customized to whatever diet you are following. Just jot down all the recipes you know or ones you have been wanting to try. We use the “special request” section for anything new we might come across.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope this idea helps you stick to a healthy menu in your home.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;420g Tin salmon- liquid discarded&lt;br/&gt; 1 spring onion sliced&lt;br/&gt; 2 tablespoons chopped parsley &lt;br/&gt; 1 egg&lt;br/&gt; 1/2 cup almond meal&lt;br/&gt; salt and pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Put almond meal on a plate. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, make 6 patties then coat in almond meal. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes each side. Delicious!&lt;/p&gt;

I became really sick halfway through the first week and didn&amp;#8217;t start to recoup until a few days into the next. I stopped everything I was doing and rested up. After a while things were going good again so I got back on track and then the symptoms started up again. I pinned it down to the raspberry ketones I had started taking. It was the only thing different from any other week. I don&amp;#8217;t know if I have a sensitivity to it or what, I usually only feel this bad when I eat wheat or rice, but I won&amp;#8217;t be doing a review on the supplement after all. Sorry to everyone who was looking forward to it. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&amp;#8217;m going to restart the program because I feel like the 1st phased was greatly half-assed and I didn&amp;#8217;t get anything out of it. I just wanted to post this up because it&amp;#8217;s a strong reminder that you have to take care of yourself.
