Cardio Intervals (30 minutes total)
3 minute warm up
4 minutes hard/4 minutes recovery (repeat 3 times)
3 minute cool down
Sunday - Cardio intervals
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Strength Circuit
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Cardio intervals
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Strength Circuit
You can swap the days around but don’t do both workouts on the same day or the same routine back to back.
