Diet: No sugar or starch (ie. low carb) and currently on week 5 of Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution.
You might look better in those jeans than I do, but that doesn’t mean you’re healthier! This applies the other way too, but I think that it is a more common misconception that people who aren’t necessarily “thin” must eat unhealthily, or that they’ll have more problems with their bodies in the future.
