Why do we even have health food stores? Most of the products sold at them should be on a grocery shelf, available whenever you need them. Why instead isn’t there a junk food store? That way when people decide they want to pick up some Twinkies or Oreos they’re the ones who have to go out of their way and pay twice what it’s worth.

As if fast food couldn’t get more disgusting. On the other hand is it really surprising? After all, you practically need a degree in chemical science to understand the ingredient list for a lot of these meals.

I almost made it to a full stand. I can’t tell if my core has gotten stronger or if it’s the fact there’s less of my stomach these days.

Don’t beat yourself up, my brothers love those little bits of tasty death and they’re still alive. I just wanted to point out the disgusting extremes the junk food industry will go to in order to cut a few financial corners. You would think egg, flour, water and seasoning would be enough for a crispy batter coating.

3 minute warm up
3 minutes hard/4 minutes recovery (repeat 3 times)
3 minute cool down
Sunday - Cardio intervals
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Strength Circuit
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Cardio intervals
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Strength Circuit
You can swap the days around but don’t do both workouts on the same day or the same routine back to back.
