The difference is very obvious here. Fresh, frozen on the left and canned on the right.
Canned is filled with sodium to keep it preserved. And is mushy and gross.
They freeze vegetables right after they pick them basically so they are fresh and crispy!

I’ve been looking for workouts that my younger brother can do since his ankle is more or less permanently messed up and it isn’t easy. If he had access to a pool, swimming would be an excellent option. I heard an elliptical is easier on the joints than a treadmill but once again he doesn’t have access to one. A couple of sites recommend biking, but I’m not sure how well...
