it just hit me how awesome we actually are
losefatnotweight: seriously, think about it. We may not be at our UGW yet, but at least we aren’t sitting on our asses still at our starting weight, wishing we were happy. We are trying to truly change ourselves and our lifestyle and that’s pretty amazing once you think about it. I’m proud of us :),  cheers!

What is up with all the "you're perfect" posts?
Why not just state the real truth; you’re not perfect, no one is. Being happy with yourself doesn’t mean believing you’re ideal the way you are.
