Day 13 - What do you think you could improve to help you reach your goal quicker? I don’t think there is anything. Losing about 32 pounds in 3 months, in spite of constant stalls, is still fast. So even with my gripes and complaints I’m rather happy with what I’ve lost so far. As long as these long stalls don’t happen too often I won’t change anything.

Saturday ended up being a binge day. I let the stress win but I’m glad I ate when I did because I haven’t felt like eating anything since. I feel sick even trying to chew a piece of bread. I’m going to go buy more Fuze and diet soda later; if nothing else I can drink fluids. I just wish I could do more to help right now then get upset.

I’m so tired of being patient. Last month was a 9 day stall and after losing 1 1/2 pounds early this month I’ve been met with a 21 days stall. How the hell can I encourage anyone else to be healthy when I’m constantly thinking about slipping back into old bad habits myself?

I stopped eating junk, white sugar, and white flour a long time ago. I can’t handle anything like cake, ice cream, pop, etc anymore. When I make healthier desserts, they are never sweet enough for my family, while they’re borderline for me. Haha.

Have I lost my taste for sweets? I never noticed how bad most of it tasted before. Cake is more like a sickeningly sweet and a blob of pure flour then the little bite of heaven it use to be. I ended up settling for a scoop of ice cream and even that left me with a headache and upset stomach. I can’t wait until it’s out of my system.

After finally getting rain and cool temperatures last week we have green grass again. So I decided to go out and do my yoga in the front yard during sunrise. It was cold, very cold, but amazing.
