Salmon patties, quick, easy, and awesome!
420g Tin salmon- liquid discarded 1 spring onion sliced 2 tablespoons chopped parsley  1 egg 1/2 cup almond meal salt and pepper
Put almond meal on a plate. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, make 6 patties then coat in almond meal. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes each side. Delicious!

Just ran 4 miles. Yay.
Sticking to a healthy diet can be hard if you don’t plan ahead, especially if you are eliminating something from your diet as commonplace as carbs. How easy is it to boil up some pasta or pop in a microwave burrito?
In order for me to stay on track I came up with a menu for our house. I brainstormed all the low carb entrees I know how to make and added some more I found on pinterest and other sites and categorized it by cuisine. I print out a menu every sunday and have my husband select our meals for the week before I go to the store. That way I know I have everything on hand for a healthy week of meals.
This menu can be customized to whatever diet you are following. Just jot down all the recipes you know or ones you have been wanting to try. We use the “special request” section for anything new we might come across.
I hope this idea helps you stick to a healthy menu in your home.
